Shift in, leave a Strand clone soaking aggro, dump a Wardcliff volley, shift again to reload everything — and never stop. Mask of Bakris turns every dodge into a stacking Arc damage buff, the Queensfoil Censer artifact loops your armour charges back into the rocket, and four separate DR sources keep you upright in -50 content.

Exotic — Mask of Bakris (Helmet) + The Wardcliff Coil (Heavy)
Dual-exotic (one armour + one weapon is legal). Mask of Bakris: while you have a Stasis or Arc Super, your dodge becomes a long-range, partially-cloaking shift. After shifting, Arc and Stasis weapons gain a stacking damage bonus (~+30% at x3), and final blows while it's active refund class-ability energy. Wardcliff is Arc, so it rides the full buff, and the refund keeps Marksman's Dodge online. Wardcliff Coil: exotic Arc rocket — post-buff it holds 8, fires a multi-warhead volley that clears packs in one trigger pull, and grants +5 Bolt Charge per shot (a charge releases every two shots).
Why this works (the mechanics)
Five buffs stack on the rocket. Wardcliff damage is multiplied by: Mask of Bakris shift (+~30% Arc at x3), the 200 Weapons stat (+15% weapons / +10% heavy PvE ≈ +25%), 2× Arc Weapon Surge (+17% Arc), Argent Ordnance (per-charge rocket buff), and Anti-Champion Nosecone (rockets vs Champions). That's why a single volley one-shots a Champion at -30.
The armour-charge loop is net-positive.Blast Radius grants a charge every 2 rocket/GL kills (one volley = a full bar); Argent Ordnance spends 1 charge per rocket fired for bonus damage. You replace charges faster than you burn them → effectively infinite Argent Ordnance uptime.
Heavy ammo is effectively infinite. 200 Weapons = +100% large-ammo-brick chance (every brick refunds +3/+4), stacked with 2× Heavy Ammo Finder (helmet), Arc Scavenger (legs), Marksman's Dodge reloads, and Wardcliff multikills. You rarely touch the reserve.
DR is layered, not single-source. Threaded Specter clones eat aggro, Frost Armor (~35%) from Facet of Purpose + S&S orbs, Woven Mail from To Shreds severed-kill hotspots, Facet of Protection while surrounded, Bakris's partial cloak on shift, and Prismatic Transcendence DR. In -30 or lower the clones alone mean nothing shoots you.
Bolt Charge is free chip. Wardcliff feeds +5 Bolt Charge/shot; lightning lands on ability-debuffed targets (unravel from To Shreds / Prismatic), adding damage you never aimed.
Weapons
Power: Wardcliff Coil (Exotic Arc rocket) — the engine. Never reload it if you keep the blink-volley loop; surges + Bakris + artifact make it hit far above its tier.
Energy: Festival Flight (Strand GL with Slice) — or any Strand weapon with Slice. Slice severs on dodge; To Shreds then unravels the severed pack and spawns Woven Mail. Also triggers Blast Radius (GLs count) for the charge loop.
Kinetic: Flex — the narrator ran a Solar primary (IKELOS-type) purely for occasional Fever And Chill Radiant. Optional; the rocket carries the build.
Champions: Anti-Champion Nosecone + Revitalizing Blast (stun → ignite) cover the rocket's Champion damage; the artifact does the anti-champion work, not the subclass.
Stats & archetypes
Weapons 200 (hard requirement) → Class ~100 → Super ~100 → Grenade as able → dump Health/Melee. The narrator's spread: 200 Weapons, 100 Class (125 with Class Font), 90 Super, 56 Grenade. 200 Weapons is the whole point (ammo-brick + damage). Class 100 returns Marksman's Dodge in two kills (and Bakris refunds it). Grenade is a Prismatic luxury — push it with Grenade Fonts if your fragments don't cover it.
Set bonus (none required)
The narrator explicitly ran no set bonus — heavy economy comes from the Weapons stat + mods, not a set. Anybody can run this without farming a specific set. A 4pc that adds heavy reserves or weapon damage is a free garnish but never the driver.
The three rocket-loop mods are Blast Radius (rockets/GLs → Armour Charge), Argent Ordnance (spend a charge per rocket → bonus damage), and Anti-Champion Nosecone (rockets vs Champions). To Shreds turns Slice's sever into unravel + Woven Mail; Unraveling Orbs grants your Strand weapon Unravelling Rounds off the orbs you flood — it feeds To Shreds and is the legal Tier-2 pick. Armorsmith + Revitalizing Blast are the survivability/champion garnish. Narrator's alt: he ran Fever And Chill (T1, Solar→Radiant) instead of Unraveling Orbs for a Radiant proc off a Solar primary — but that puts three mods in Tier 1 (over the limit), so it's only legal if you also drop Armorsmith or Blast Radius. Unravelling Orbs keeps it a clean 2/3/2 and synergises harder.
Mods (by slot)
Helmet: Heavy Ammo Finder ×2, Arc Siphon (orbs on Arc double-kills with Wardcliff).
Gauntlets: Grenade Font ×2 (+~40 grenade), Momentum Transfer (grenade hit → melee cooldown). All three are flex — Prismatic-grenade focused.
Chest: an elemental Resist (Solar in the clip), Arc ammo/reserve mods ×2 for Wardcliff.
Legs: Arc Weapon Surge ×2 (+17% Arc — the Wardcliff damage), Arc Scavenger (reserves on Arc-ammo pickup; combos with the +100% ammo-brick chance).
Class item: Powerful Attraction (vacuum Orbs on dodge), Reaper (Orb on the kill after a dodge), Class Font (+~20 Class → small overshield on dodge).
Loop
Shift (Marksman's Dodge) → reload all weapons, drop a Threaded Specter clone, gain the Bakris Arc-damage stack. Pick up orbs in the dodge (Powerful Attraction) → Frost Armor.
Volley Wardcliff into the pack → kills give Armour Charge (Blast Radius), Bolt Charge, orbs (Arc Siphon). Argent Ordnance spends a charge for bonus rocket damage.
Slice with Festival Flight to sever; To Shreds unravels + drops a Woven Mail hotspot.
Repeat the shift before the Bakris stacks drop. Stunned Champions ignite (Revitalizing Blast); Anti-Champion Nosecone + the full buff stack deletes them.
Stylish Executioner for invis resets in GM; Gunpowder Gamble for extra burst in easier content.

Prismatic-native; Silence and Squall is chosen purely to satisfy Bakris's Stasis/Arc-Super requirement (and to seed Frost Armor) — it's rarely the damage source.
