Necrochasm is a 720-RPM Adaptive auto rifle whose every precision kill spits out a Cursed Thrall bomb that corrupts the next body — and Cursed-Thrall kills refill the mag, so a dense room is one continuous trigger pull. The build does one thing with that: it converts the flood of precision final blows into Super energy through Celestial Nighthawk, then dumps a one-shot Golden Gun on whatever the auto rifle can't chew. Kinetic kills also pour into Transcendence (Facet of Grace), so the gun pays for both your Super and your Darkness verbs.
The weapon

What it does in practice: land a headshot kill → a Cursed Thrall detonation pops on the corpse, applying corruption (a chip-damage debuff) and frequently killing adjacent trash. Those explosion-kills refill the magazine — in add-dense rooms the gun never meaningfully reloads, it just chain-detonates. The catalyst is built for exactly this: tagging three separate bodies (trivial when every kill seeds an explosion) flips on a damage/range/handling/aim-assist buff, tightening the 720-RPM spray into a precision tool at mid range. It is a Primary / Kinetic weapon — no intrinsic champion stun (see Verify notes), so champions are covered by your other slots and Golden Gun.

Why this works (the mechanics)
The gun is a precision-kill firehose, and every system here taxes that firehose. Cursebringer turns one headshot kill into an explosion that makes the next kill, which refills the mag, which makes the next explosion. In a room of adds you produce precision/explosion final blows faster than almost any Primary in the game — that kill-rate is the resource everything else spends.
Celestial Nighthawk monetises that kill-rate into Super. Hawkeye Hack reduces Golden Gun's cooldown on precision final blows — the only kind Necrochasm makes when you're aiming. You charge a one-shot, ~massive-multiplier Golden Gun off add-clear you were doing anyway, then spend it on the boss, champion, or miniboss the auto rifle isn't built to delete. The gun and the Super are the same loop.
Facet of Grace double-dips the Kinetic kills into Transcendence. Necrochasm is Kinetic, so its kills grant bonus Light Transcendence energy. The precision-kill flood that's charging Golden Gun is simultaneously charging the Transcendence bar — and Transcendent grenade/melee get the standard damage bump. One trigger pull, three meters filling (mag, Super, Transcendence).
Cursebringer's corruption is an "elemental debuff," so Stylish Executioner fires off it. Corrupted-target kills grant invisibility + Truesight. That is the safety valve for a build whose damage is a Primary auto rifle: when a room turns on you, a corrupted kill (you make these nonstop) drops you off radar. No Void subclass required — corruption counts.
Gunpowder Gamble is charged purely by precision kills. Same input again: the AR's headshot kills build the Solar explosive. Throw it into the next pack → ignitions → more kills → more Cursebringer chains → more Super/Transcendence. It's an add-clear amplifier wired to the exact thing the gun already does.
One for Thrall keeps the spray honest at range. A 720 Adaptive AR is twitchy past mid; the catalyst's hit-three-targets buff (damage/range/handling/aim assist) is effectively always-on in adds and pulls the gun's effective range out to where Hawkeye Hack precision kills stay reliable.
Stats & mods
Weapons 200 → Super → Health → Class. Weapons is the priority — it's the PvE damage multiplier that rides on top of Cursebringer and One for Thrall for the whole build's output. Super second to cycle Nighthawk Golden Gun faster (Hawkeye Hack already accelerates it). Health/Class as needed for survivability and dodge uptime.

Where it shines
Add-dense PvE — Vanguard Ops, Nightfalls, the clear phases of raids/dungeons, Onslaught. This is the gun's home: the more bodies, the longer the Cursebringer chain runs and the faster Golden Gun and Transcendence charge.
GM Nightfalls — survivability is real here (Stylish invis + Sustained Fire DR + Nighthawk's panic-button Super), and the one-shot Golden Gun is your champion/miniboss executioner.
Champion coverage: Necrochasm itself stuns nothing (Primary Kinetic, no bespoke stun). Cover champions with (a) Golden Gun as a raw delete, (b) your Special and Heavy archetypes — pick frames covering the Barrier/Unstoppable/Overload split you need (Aggressive/High-Impact → Unstoppable; Precision/Adaptive → Barrier; Lightweight/Rapid-Fire → Overload), and (c) Gunpowder Gamble ignitions / corruption chip to soften them.
