A 72-RPM High-Impact Kinetic sniper that gets stronger every time you hit the head and never resets until you die. The catch is the 4-round mag and the need for guaranteed crits. Prismatic Hunter answers both: Duskfield + Diamond Lance freeze the room (frozen heads are free precision hits → The Master ramps forever), and Facet of Command reloads the gun the instant anything freezes. Shatter stuns Unstoppable, the artifact mod stuns Barrier. The whole build is a loop that converts a tricky reserve-hungry exotic into a single-pull boss/champion melter that only ever climbs.
The weapon
Intrinsic — The Master:"Scoring precision hits increases this weapon's damage until the wielder's defeat." Plus a second intrinsic line: "Massively increases ammo reserves." It also rolls Bullseye Bolster ("Landing a precision hit substantially increases this weapon's target acquisition, handling, reload speed, and stability for a short duration") and Snapshot Sights.
Catalyst — Top Tier Mastery:"While this weapon is at high stacks of Master, new rounds are continually loaded into the magazine, and the benefits from Bullseye Bolster last longer."
What it does: every headshot ramps damage and does not decay — only death resets it. Hit a long string of crits and the gun out-damages most Special snipers in the game, with no perk window to babysit. The two problems are (a) a tiny 4-round mag on a slow High-Impact frame and (b) needing reliable precision hits to climb. The catalyst fixes (a) at high stacks (auto-loads the mag for you); the Stasis freeze package fixes (b) — a frozen target is a stationary guaranteed crit. It is a Kinetic Special sniper (Impact 90, RPM 72, mag 4, huge reserves), so it slots in the Energy/Special slot's Kinetic-damage lane.

Depths of Duskfield:"Your Duskfield grenades have a much larger effect radius. Allies inside the Duskfield gain Frost Armor and targets inside the area deal reduced damage."
This is the exotic that builds around the weapon's weakness, not around a Stasis weapon (New Land Beyond is Kinetic, so Mask of Bakris / Mothkeeper-style "+Stasis weapon damage" exotics do nothing for it). Renewal Grasps turns one grenade into a room-sized freeze + 50%-ish enemy-damage-reduction bubble: every target inside is frozen or about to be, which means (1) guaranteed precision hits to ramp The Master, (2) a constant freeze stream that keeps Facet of Command reloading the sniper, (3) Unstoppable stuns on every shatter, and (4) a survivability bubble that lets you hold the long sightline a 72-RPM sniper wants. The gun supplies the damage; the gloves supply the targets-that-can't-move-or-hit-back.
Why this works (the mechanics)
Freeze converts The Master from "skill check" to "guaranteed." The intrinsic only pays for precision hits and only resets on death. A frozen target is a stationary, guaranteed crit. Duskfield → frozen pack → four headshots that can't miss → the ramp climbs and never decays. You are manufacturing the exact input the exotic rewards.
Facet of Command is the mag fix. The single hardest thing about this gun is the 4-round High-Impact mag. Facet of Command reloads your equipped weapon every time anything freezes or is suppressed — and you are freezing things constantly (Duskfield, Diamond Lance, Withering Blade, Silence and Squall). The sniper is effectively reloaded for free between priority shots.
Two more reload sources stack on top. Marksman's Dodge full-reloads on demand, and at high Master stacks the catalyst auto-loads the mag continually. Between Command, the dodge, and the catalyst, the 4-round mag stops mattering — you keep firing the ramped gun without ever watching the reload.
Champion coverage comes from the subclass, not the archetype. A Kinetic High-Impact sniper's archetype leans Unstoppable, but anti-champion is intrinsic to weapon archetypes only when the modifier's active — so the build instead leans on Stasis shatter → Unstoppable (9.7.0, confirmed) for every frozen target you pop, and slots the Anti-Barrier Sniper Rifle artifact mod to make New Land Beyond itself pierce and stun Barriers. Overload is handled by the freeze/slow lockdown (a frozen Overload champ isn't regenerating). That's all three champion types off one weapon + one subclass verb.
Bullseye Bolster + Facet of Command double-stack handling/stability/AA. Both trigger off the same precision-hit/freeze inputs, and the catalyst extends Bullseye Bolster's duration at high stacks. A naturally twitchy High-Impact sniper turns into a laser the longer the ramp runs.
Facet of Solitude adds free add-clear. Rapid precision hits emit a severing blast — so the same headshots that ramp the boss/champion damage also sever and thin the trash around it, with zero extra input.
Frost Armor is the safety layer. Renewal's bubble + Facet of Purpose (Orb → Frost Armor) + Salvation's-Grip-style Rimestealer sources keep Frost Armor up; with the artifact's One with Frost that also buffs reload/stability, and Frost Armor is flat DR while you're parked on a sightline.
Stats & mods
Weapons 200 → Class 100+ → Health. Weapons is the PvE damage stat and double-dips with The Master's ramp; Class feeds Marksman's Dodge (the reload/slow trigger) and Facet of Hope; Health rounds out survivability under Frost Armor + Renewal DR. Archetype hint: Powerhouse / Bulwark pieces (Weapons + Class).

Where it shines
GM / endgame PvE: a non-decaying ramped Kinetic sniper that one-pulls champions and minibosses from inside a freeze-and-DR bubble is exactly what −30/−40 content wants. The Duskfield bubble lets you hold the long lane safely.
Boss DPS / damage phases: freeze the boss-adjacent adds for clean crits, then dump the ramped, auto-loading mag into the boss; Sniper's Meditation stacks the damage further. Reserves are intrinsically massive, so phases don't run you dry.
Champion coverage:Barrier = Anti-Barrier Sniper Rifle (the gun itself). Unstoppable = Stasis shatter on any frozen target (9.7.0). Overload = freeze/slow lockdown denies their regen/teleport. All three without a second special weapon.
